for each months draw is the
21st of the month draw to take
place on the 27th of each month,
winners will be notified on

27th falls on a weekend.

stated otherwise members will
earn a maximum of 1 entry per

CONDITIONS
OF ENTRY
1. Information

residents aged 18+ or over.

3. If you are completing this
survey for another individual,
you warrant that you have sought

4. DSN reserves the right to
verify the validity of entries
and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process
or who submits an entry that

be required along with a current
utility bill
6. Promotion commences on the
1st of every month. Entries
close 12 midnight GMT on the
21st of every month. Draws will
take place on the 27th of every

7. The winner will receive their
entire rent or mortgage, utility
bills and £250 for food
expenses paid for, for one entire

any future draws at no extra

for any incorrect or inaccurate
information, either caused by
website users or by any of the

with or utilised in this competition,
or by any technical error that
may occur in the course of the

for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, communications
line failure, theft or destruction
or unauthorised access to or
alteration of entries.
12. Any costs associated with
accessing the promotional website
is the entrants responsibility
and is dependent on the Internet
service provider used.
13. DSN Survey shall not be
liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss)
or for personal injury which
is suffered or sustained, as
a result of taking any of the
prizes, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by

14. DSN Survey collects entrants

to conduct the promotion. If

not provided, the entrant may
